will explain how to work with and get the most out of
your new web hosting service.

Notification
When your new website hosting service has been commissioned
you will receive a formal email or fax document containing
all your site and user details. If the confirmation
is sent via emailed it will be delivered as a PDF document
and will require adobe Acrobat reader to be displayed.
After you receive this confirmation you can check out
your new service as shown below.
Checking Your New Services
When the URL for the new website is entered into ones
browser for the first time, i.e. http://www.yourdomain.com
one should see a page similar to the one shown below
in one's browser. This is the default page for your
web site when it is first created.

If ones new website is displayed as shown proceed to
our section on authoring
and uploading your new website. This will help get
you started with your new website. If the above page
is not displayed it can be due to a number of different
reasons and it is best refer to the section on troubleshooting.
