Website Statistics

If requested, website statistics are activated at the creation of your website. They can also be set up afterwards by sending an email to support@primusdatacentre.com.au. Website statistics are located in the /_webtrends folder on the root directory of your website. To access your website statistics, simply type in the URL of your website into your browser, with the /_webtrends appended to the end.

Eg http://corptest.au.primusdc.net/_webtrends

A prompt for a username and password will then be displayed. By default, the username and password specified for the FrontPage administrator is given the required permissions to log into the website statistics page. After entering a username and password, a page similar to the following will be displayed.

 

The default reporting periods are:

  • Today Only – This shows statistics for the current day only. The report is refreshed every hour
  • Last 7 Days – This shows statistics over the last 7 days from the current day. This report is refreshed daily.
  • Complete – This shows the entire statistics to date. The report is refreshed daily.
